Store Executive

Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in the factory store. The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate record keeping, and timely availability of materials required for production and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Maintain proper records of material inward and outward in the store system.

• Ensure proper storage of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

• Issue materials to the production department as per authorized requisition.

• Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.

• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.

• Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material shortages or requirements.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organization of materials in the store.

• Maintain minimum stock levels and report shortages to management.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the store area.

• Prepare reports related to stock movement, inventory levels, and consumption.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP system)

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to coordinate with production and purchase teams

Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in any field (preferred in Mechanical / Commerce / Supply Chain)

Experience

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing store or warehouse operations.

Preferred Industry Experience

Engineering / Fabrication / Elevator Manufacturing / Industrial Manufacturing.
