Requirement – IT professional to support our day-to-day IT and network operations.

Experience – 1 to 3 Years

The required professional should have working knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:

· Leased Lines and Broadband CKT management

· Network access points and user-level support

· Routers and switches (basic configuration and troubleshooting)

· Printers, digital scanners, laptops, and desktop systems

· Basic understanding of electrical systems related to IT infrastructure

· User support, system coordination, and routine IT maintenance

· Basic understanding of TNC

The position requires 6 days working, and the resource should be capable of handling both hardware and network-related issues independently at site.
