Service Now Catalogue Development ·Description · Requirement analysis / study · Documentation in line with change request · Software implementation (related to CAN or other functions)/ coding and code review · Unit test specification preparation, review and unit testing · Integration of software changes to identified configuration management archive · Integration test spec preparation, review and integration testing · Testing on target ECU at BGSW or through remote access Skill set: · Service Now CSA/CAD/CIS certification · Good knowledge ITSM/CSM/FSM modules · Develop Service Now catalogues · Request/Case/Incident Management · Agent Workspace · Workflows, Client Scripts, Business Rules · Update Set Release management · Integration with SAP systems REST API, CPI etc., · Good communication skills, Experience Level Entry Level
