
We are seeking a proactive IT Service Coordinator to oversee and manage IT/AV service requests, ensuring smooth operations within our IT/AV Service Center. The ideal candidate will coordinate support activities, streamline workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for IT/AV service requests and escalations.
Coordinate IT/AV support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor and maintain service desk performance and SLAs.
Document service requests, incidents, and resolutions in CRM
Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to provide updates.
Assist in IT/AV asset management and procurement coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT/AV service coordination or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Thorough knowledge of IT Products , hardware & Software
