Server Admin

We are looking for a Server Admin to join our team at Turbonet Systems Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.      IT Infra Support Engineer.

2.      L2 & L3 Support from Newel Team.

3.      If any device fails or has issues, follow up with the OEM/Vendor (as per the Service Level Agreement with the OEM).

4.      Provide support for unresolved issues/troubleshooting, including involvement in replacing/repairing Server/Storage devices.

5.      The following routine activities, among others, must be carried out to ensure the server infrastructure operates smoothly with 100% uptime, in compliance with Sekura IT policies:

· Windows Hyper-V cluster (30 nodes)

· New VM deployment and configuration

· Monitoring VM’s daily

· Discording VM’s

· Resource allocation (RAM, Processor, Storage)

· Check point creation and deletion

· Troubleshooting VM’s and cluster issues

· HP 3PAR storage

· LUN creation and deletion

· Storage allocation

· Monitor storage, SAN switches, and service processors daily.

· Remote copy group configuration

· Druva and veritas NetBackup

· Monitoring the scheduled backup jobs daily

· Restoring DB’s and servers

· Backup policy creation for SQL DB, Hyper-V, Front-end servers

· Troubleshooting backup issues

· Active directory

· New user id & security group creation

· Monitoring intra site replication on daily basics

· DNS record creation & Zone Configuration

· GPO creation

· Hostname movement and deletion

· LDAPS configuration using CA authority server

· Patch management (WSUS-Servers)

· Patching production, test, and physical servers

· WSUS configuration on new server

· Troubleshooting the patch issue

· Windows server

· FTP and SFTP site creation

· SMTP server configuration and troubleshooting

· Troubleshooting the IIS related issue

· Configure RADIUS server and troubleshooting authentication issue

· Configure VM cluster for SQL DB

· Hardware

· Firmware Upgradation for servers, Storage, SAN switches, OA, and VC

· Monitoring physical servers using IRS utility

· IML and ILO logs monitoring on daily basics

· Coordinate with vendors for hardware issue

· PAM

· Account creation & Mapping Server’s

· Adding New Servers

· Update Service Account Credentials.
