Senior Manager - Program & Project Management Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra Service Delivery Manager to own endtoend service delivery for enterprise infrastructure operations The ideal candidate will manage service governance SLAs client relationships teams and continuous improvement across infrastructure towers ensuring highquality costeffective and compliant service delivery Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Management Own endtoend delivery of infrastructure services compute network cloud database enduser meeting agreed SLAs and quality standards SLA Governance Define monitor and report on SLAs KPIs and OLAs chair service review and governance meetings with stakeholders Client Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients manage expectations escalations and relationship health Incident Problem Change Governance Oversee major incident management problem resolution and change governance in line with ITIL Team Vendor Management Lead crossfunctional infrastructure teams and manage vendorpartner performance and contracts Financial Management Manage service budgets cost optimization resource forecasting and contract profitability PCMACM Continuous Improvement Drive service improvement plans CSI automation and operational maturity initiatives Reporting Compliance Deliver executivelevel service performance and compliance reports ensure adherence to audit and security requirements Qualifications Experience in IT infrastructure operations with 3 years in a service delivery service management leadership role Management Skills Service delivery management SLAKPI governance client and stakeholder management team leadership vendor and contract management budget and cost management Technical Breadth Working knowledge across infrastructure towers servers network cloud AzureAWS databases and enduser computing Communication Excellent executive communication negotiation and presentation skills Certifications preferred ITIL v4 ExpertManaging Professional PMP or PRINCE2 AzureAWS fundamentals
