We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Network Support Executive to maintain, troubleshoot, and support our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of networking concepts, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely technical support to users.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and access points
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them efficiently
Provide technical support for network-related problems to internal users
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory
Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and access controls
Perform routine network maintenance and system updates
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related issues
Assist in network upgrades, expansions, and new implementations
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or Networking
Basic to good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN
Familiarity with routers, switches, modems, and Wi-Fi devices
Understanding of network security fundamentals
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Experience with firewall configuration
Knowledge of server basics
Hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk
Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent – optional)
