Job Role:- Network Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

• Basic experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting

• Experience in supporting end users for day-to-day IT issues and service requests.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with users and vendors when require

Required Skills:- Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting

Qualification:- Any Degree

Job Location : Chennai

Relevant Experience: Min 3 years

Shift: Monday to Saturday between 7:30 AM to 8 PM (any 9 hours) Rotational Shift.

Salary: As per industry standards.
