- Monitoring Candidates: Invigilators monitor candidates during exams to prevent malpractice and ensure
a fair, secure exam environment.
- Setting Up Exam Systems: They assist with setting up and managing exam systems, including launching
the assessment platform and ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Conducting Biometric Registration: Invigilators are responsible for capturing candidates' biometric data,
such as fingerprints, to verify their identities.
- Distributing and Collecting Exam Materials: They distribute exam materials, such as rough sheets and
pens, and collect them after the exam.
- Maintaining Exam Discipline: Invigilators ensure that candidates follow exam rules and regulations, and
take action if any misconduct is observed.
- Reporting Incidents: If any incidents or issues occur during the exam, invigilators are responsible for
reporting them to the exam authorities.
- Ensuring Exam Security: Invigilators ensure that exam materials and systems are secure, and that all
exam protocols are followed.
- Providing Support: They provide support to candidates and exam administrators during the exam
process.
- Reporting Time: EF should report the specific center on time with formal appearance.
Eligibility criteria to become Invigilator & other roles as follows:
- Minimum Qualification: A graduate degree.
- Age range: 22 years & above.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with computer systems and software
- Good Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English and the local language
- Clean Background: A clean background and high ethical standards
- Candidates should have a Bank Account with nationalized / private bank
- Candidates should have a valid PAN Card, Aadhar Card / Voter ID / DL
- Candidates with access to own transportation will be preferred
Exam wing (TCS iON) also provides training for invigilators to ensure they are equipped to manage exams
effectively and efficiently.
