Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fiber optic splicing and jointing as per network design and standards.

• Carry out cable crimping, termination, and testing for broadband connections.

• Execute last-mile deployment of broadband services at customer locations.

• Install and configure network equipment such as ONT/Router/Modem.

• Conduct troubleshooting and fault rectification for connectivity issues.

• Ensure proper cable routing, laying, and labeling as per guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams for network rollout and service activation.

• Maintain daily reports of installation, faults, and work completed.

• Adhere to safety protocols during field operations.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Fiber Optic Splicing & Testing (OTDR, Power Meter)

• Hands-on experience in crimping tools and cable termination

• Basic understanding of broadband technologies (FTTH, GPON, Ethernet)

• Troubleshooting skills for network and connectivity issues

• Ability to work in field conditions and travel locally
