Require Remote support / in house resident engineer with 3 years Minimum experience and should be having practical knowledge of

- Remote support of all technical tickets

- handling Onsite engineers trouble

- reporting of all work on daily basis

- firewall, NAS Drive, VPN switch, OFFICE 365, manageable Switch, network printers, Domain server and user policy knowldge

- Should be having a leadership quality to manage engineers

- Should be capable to coordinate with Microsoft, Sophos, Tally and other vendors and solve customer's query.
