We are looking for a Mobile Hardware Engineer to join our team at Om Sai Global Hr Services to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues in smartphones.

• Perform mobile phone repair, servicing, testing, and quality checks as per company standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, software, and other components.

• Perform software updates, configuration, reset, and basic software troubleshooting.

• Inspect customer devices and accurately identify the reported problem.

• Explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly to customers.

• Ensure all repaired devices are properly tested before delivery.

• Handle genuine spare parts, tools, and service equipment responsibly.

• Maintain accurate service records and update repair/service status on the system.

• Handle warranty and non-warranty service cases as per company policies.

• Complete repair jobs within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

• Achieve daily productivity and service quality targets.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the Service Manager/Team Leader.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the service area.

• Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service quality standards.Job Required Requirements:-

• Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Practical knowledge of mobile repairing and servicing.

• 1–3 years of experience in a smartphone/mobile service center.

• Experience with OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, or other smartphone brands will be preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in mobile hardware/software troubleshooting will be preferred.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily targets.

• Good teamwork and time-management skills.

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
