Ensuring proper wiring, connections, and system functionality

Providing basic training to clients on system usage

Maintaining service reports and documentation
Handle camera troubleshooting such as no display, recording failure, network issues, and cable faults

Install, program, and maintain EPABX/intercom systems

Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of all installed systems

Handle wiring work including LAN cabling, routing, and termination

Configure network settings (IP addressing, router connectivity, remote access setup)

Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

Coordinate with senior technicians for complex installations or issues

Test systems after installation and ensure proper functioning

Maintain daily service reports, installation checklists, and job completion records

Ensure proper handling and safety of tools and equipment

Educate customers on basic usage and troubleshooting of devices

Travel to different locations for installation and service work

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during field work
