Job Profile-IT Technician

Job Location-Mumbai,near to CST

Gender-Male

Qualification-Must be a graduate

Salary-As per the minimum wages of Maharashtra

Job Type-Contract Basis

Key Responsibility for IT Support-

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners etc.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across WRO as and when required. Physical visit to Mumbai mills may be required as per requirement.
Setting up accounts for new users, email configuration, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new setup/software/technology.
Recording and Reporting of IT assets as and when required.
