Key Responsibilities:
Provide complete end user support including video conferencing.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, and hardware.
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of systems.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s data.
Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Provide end-to-end technical support and guidance to users as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Graduation in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a System or Network Engineer or similar.
Knowledge of Windows and iOS Operating system
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Domain and Workgroup models.
Familiarity with Office 365 services (Emails, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) and backup software.
Experience with video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, Webex, ReadAI).
Knowledge of network printers
Familiarity with Mobile devices
Knowledge of office components (Adobe, Liquid Text, Read AI).
Experience with endpoint security software (SentinelOne).
Familiarity with IT policy and asset management.
