Key Responsibilities
Hardware & Software Support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Network Administration
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
Install and maintain routers, switches, access points, and network cabling.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Configure Wi-Fi networks and ensure network security.
Branch IT Support
Provide onsite and remote technical support to all branches.
Coordinate with vendors for internet connectivity and hardware repairs.
Ensure uninterrupted IT operations across all locations.
CCTV & Security Systems
Install and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
Configure biometric attendance devices and access control systems.
Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
User Support
Respond to IT support requests within defined timelines.
Troubleshoot email, internet, printer, and application issues.
Guide employees on basic IT usage and best practices.
Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance of all IT equipment.
Ensure regular data backup and system updates.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues and resolutions.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, or Network+ will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Experience in retail chains, pharmacy chains, healthcare, or multi-location organizations is preferred.
Technical Skills
Windows installation and troubleshooting.
LAN/WAN configuration and maintenance.
Router and Switch configuration.
Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
Printer, Scanner, and Biometric device support.
CCTV installation and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365/Outlook.
Knowledge of backup and antivirus solutions.
Basic understanding of server administration is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple branch requests.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to different branch locations as required.
Other Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively across branches.
Available for emergency IT support outside regular office hours when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience handling 10–50+ computers in a multi-branch environment.
Familiarity with ERP/Hospital Management/Pharmacy Management Software.
Experience in structured cabling and network rack management.
Knowledge of VPN configuration, remote desktop tools, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Ability to coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for quick issue resolution.
