Provide IT support for employees.

Install and configure desktops, laptops, and software.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage Windows systems, user accounts, and servers.

Configure and monitor firewalls and network security.

Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, printers, and scanners.

Install and maintain CCTV, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems.

Configure and maintain biometric attendance devices.

Manage antivirus, backups, and IT assets.

Provide remote and on-site technical support.

Track support tickets and document solutions.

Coordinate with vendors when needed.
