Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
Perform site surveys and plan camera placement for optimal coverage
Handle cabling work (LAN, coaxial, power cables) and proper termination
Configure DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and network settings
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Provide technical support and system demonstrations to clients
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Maintain service reports and documentation
