Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Lead to manage our daily tech support and lead a small team. You will fix basic computer hardware issues, lead our IT staff, and use Advanced Excel to track inventory and create tech reports. Expertise in managing dialers, gateways, and related software applications, with hands-on experience in LAN networking, troubleshooting, and maintenance..

Key Responsibilities
• Team Leading: Guide a small team of IT technicians, assign daily tasks, and make sure tech issues are fixed quickly.
• Hardware Support: Fix basic problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and internet setups. Help set up computers for new employees.
• Advanced Excel: Use Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, and data sheets) to track company laptops, IT equipment, and create simple reports.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Experience of managing Dialer, Gateway ,LAN . Able to resolve the related issues.
• Advanced Excel skills (must be comfortable with formulas and data tracking).
• hands-on skills for fixing computer and laptop hardware.
