We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Network Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in the telecom industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing telecom network systems. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, fluent in Hindi, and possess a personal bike for field visits and on-site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain telecom network equipment.

• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.

• Diagnose and resolve network faults, outages, and connectivity issues.

• Coordinate with field teams and vendors for issue resolution.

• Perform preventive maintenance of network infrastructure.

• Ensure SLA compliance and timely escalation of critical issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports of network activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom networking.

• Basic knowledge of routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and IP networking.

• Familiarity with telecom equipment and fiber networks is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory).

• Must own a bike for field support activities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of network monitoring tools.

• Understanding of telecom infrastructure and ISP operations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
