𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing IT support for smooth day-to-day operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, networks, and software

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure and internet connectivity

• Ensure data security, system backups, and recovery processes

• Provide technical support and training to showroom and office staff

• Perform regular system maintenance and updates

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and repairs

• Maintain smooth and uninterrupted IT operations

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting

• Understanding of networking concepts and network management

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Knowledge of data security, backups, and system protection

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications

• Previous experience in IT support

• Experience in retail or fashion industry will be an advantage

• Professional attitude and team handling skills

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
