Responsible for installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, Biometric and Access Control Systems, and EPABX/Telephony systems to ensure secure and reliable operations.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), NVRs/DVRs
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults
Ensure proper camera placement, focus, and recording quality
Maintain logs, backups, and system documentation
Install and maintain biometric devices (fingerprint, face recognition, RFID)
Configure access rights, attendance systems, and user databases
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Ensure system security and data integrity
Install and maintain door controllers, locks, readers, and panels
Integrate access control with CCTV, fire alarm, or attendance systems
Manage access levels, time zones, and audit reports
Install, configure, and maintain EPABX/PBX systems
Handle internal extensions, call routing, and IVR (if applicable)
Troubleshoot telephony lines, handsets, and connectivity issues
Coordinate with service providers for PRI/SIP/Analog lines
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
Experience with CCTV, Biometric, Access Control, and EPABX systems
Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, IP addressing, PoE, switches)
Ability to read wiring diagrams and system layouts
Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
Experience with IP-based security systems
Knowledge of fire alarm and BMS integration
Vendor certifications (Hikvision, CP Plus, Honeywell, Matrix, etc.)
