Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day technical support across the office. The candidate should have practical knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, along with basic understanding of biometric systems, CCTV setup, and other office IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install and configure Windows OS, MS Office, and basic software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• LAN network troubleshooting and router configuration
• Set up systems for new employees and manage email configurations
• Maintain and monitor biometric attendance systems
• Basic knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and servicing
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
