Job Description - IT Technician (Fresher)

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated local candidates who want to build real-world IT infrastructure skills and grow steadily in the field. This role is ideal for freshers who are serious about learning, disciplined in work, and interested in long-term growth in IT services.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused position, where performance, reliability, and skill improvement matter more than certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic computer hardware & software troubleshooting

• Installation and configuration of systems, printers, routers, and networking devices

• On-site and in-office IT support as required

• Cable management, system maintenance, and routine checks

• Assisting senior technicians in IT infrastructure tasks

• Learning and following company IT processes and standards

• Maintaining discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at work

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Diploma/IT background preferred)

• Basic understanding of computers, Windows OS, and networking fundamentals

• Willingness to learn practically on the job

• Ability to communicate in Bengali or Hindi (Basic English required)

• Candidates should preferably stay within 25 km of office location

• Age: 18-22 years
