Job description:

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Job description:

1. Desktop Troubleshooting & Support-

a) Qualification: - Minimum one year ITI/ Certification course in computer Trouble shooting & Networking with 5 years experience in relevant field.

3- Years Full-Time Diploma/BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) in IT/Computer Science with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.

b) Configuring the computers and Support to users.

c) Installation, troubleshooting & support on M365, MS-Office, Teams, OneDrive, Operating System, and other software.

d) Domain joining, OS updating & installation, troubleshooting, installation of Antivirus software from central antivirus server on each computer in IT Network.

e) IP and MAC binding with Switches.

f) Support for Printer, Scanner and Multi-Function printers/devices.

2. LAN Troubleshooting & Maintenance-

a) Qualification: - Minimum one year ITI/ Certification course in computer Networking with at-least 3 yrs experience in relevant field.

3- Years Full-Time Diploma/BCA in IT/Computer Science with 2 years experience in relevant field.

Any Bachelor's Degree with CCNA with 6 months experience is preferred.

b) Configuring the computers and Support to users.

c) Installation, troubleshooting & support on M365, MS-Office, Teams, OneDrive, Operating System, and other software.
