Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.
Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
Manage and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage Windows operating systems, software installation, and updates.
Monitor network performance, connectivity, and system security.
Handle data backup, system security, and access control.
Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues for employees.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware, and software licenses.
Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Good knowledge of routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi, and network configuration.
Knowledge of software installation, troubleshooting, and operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues independently.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant IT certification or qualification will be an advantage.
