Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues.
Handle LAN/WAN setup, network cabling, and device deployment at field locations.
Monitor network health and ensure high availability and reliability.
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
Coordinate with central IT and vendors for escalations and infrastructure upgrades.
Provide on-site and remote IT support as required.
Maintain documentation for network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company IT and security standards.
