IT Hardware Engineer (Printers)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Field Service Engineers to join our team at MEDFAM and support our growing industrial coding, printing and marking business. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and customer training for handheld and online industrial printers across manufacturing industries such as FMCG, pharma, food & beverages, automotive, packaging and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge about Handheld and Online printers (TIJ and CIJ).

• Install and configure handheld and online printers as per customer production requirements.

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues, print quality and communication issues.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

• Monitor performance and resolve technical problems (hardware and software related). Prepare installation reports and maintain service records.

• Ensure minimum machine downtime. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance visits.

• Work closely with sales team during product demonstration and trails.

• Travel across assigned territories for installations, servicing, and customer support.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience

Range. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
