IT Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a IT Hardware Engineer to join our team at Micro Access Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

• Level -3 Onsite Support must have knowledge of Server and Firewall management and installation

• Must have knowledge of Enterprise Hardware.

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

• Ask customer-targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

• Guide the clients through a series of steps/actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved their technical issue

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

• Ensure all issues are properly logged and timely solve.

Job Requirements:

Provides Level-3 technical support for servers, firewalls, and enterprise systems, resolving complex issues, handling escalations, and ensuring stable, high-quality IT service delivery.

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
