Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers)
Install and manage printers (laser, inkjet, network printers)
Handle printer issues such as paper jams, connectivity, driver installation, and cartridge replacement
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of IT equipment
Manage LAN/WAN connectivity related to printers and systems
Provide technical support to users (onsite/remote)
Maintain records of hardware inventory and service logs
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
