Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the company's complete IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for hardware, networking, software support, user management, system maintenance, data backup, security, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktop, laptop, printer and scanner systems.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues.

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.

- Install and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office and other business applications.

- Provide technical support to all departments.

- Configure official email accounts and user access permissions.

- Maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices and access control systems.

- Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.

- Monitor antivirus, firewall and data security.

- Take regular data backups and assist in disaster recovery.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

- Maintain IT asset register and software license records.

- Prepare IT reports and maintain service logs.

- Ensure minimum downtime of IT systems and quick issue resolution.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

- Hardware & Networking certification (CCNA, MCSE or equivalent) preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Hardware, Networking and IT Support.

- Manufacturing/Food Industry experience will be preferred.
