Manage and support IT hardware, network infrastructure, and end-user systems to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor network performance, security, and system availability.
Maintain user accounts, backups, and IT asset records.
CCTV Installation.
Required Skills:
Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Windows OS/Server administration.
Problem-solving and communication skills.
