Job Overview

We are seeking proactive and technically skilled IT Executives to support our operations across Lucknow and Delhi. These roles are crucial for ensuring seamless IT functionality, infrastructure reliability, and real-time support to our regional teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in L1/L2 support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic network administration. The Delhi role additionally requires routine travel to 20 branch locations for on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Diagnose and resolve problems related to Windows/Ubuntu OS, business applications, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Maintain, update, and track all IT assets (computers, printers, routers, accessories).

Perform routine checks to ensure stability of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.

Maintain detailed daily work logs, service records, and tickets using the company’s ticketing system.

Provide on-site support at branch locations (Delhi role includes visiting 20 locations as part of responsibilities).

Coordinate with central IT teams for escalations, updates, and infrastructure improvements.

Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and organizational IT policies.

Key Requirements

Experience

1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or IT infrastructure roles.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows & Ubuntu OS troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.

Capability to handle hardware repairs, system updates, and system configurations.

Familiarity with ticketing tools and documentation practices.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical users.

Willingness to travel (mandatory for Delhi position).

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with an IT/Computer Science background preferred.

Certification such as CCNA, A+, N+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
