IT Executive

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, computer systems, network, software, hardware, and technical support. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, maintain data security, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to employees across departments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.

• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and network cabling.

• Maintain servers, shared folders, user accounts, and access permissions.

• Install and manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, and business applications.

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related complaints.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including computers, laptops, printers, and accessories.

• Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery when required.

• Ensure antivirus protection, system updates, data security, and access control.

• Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and hardware service providers.

• Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, warranty records, and equipment maintenance records.

• Support ERP software and assist users with basic application-related issues.

Required Skills

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Windows installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration.

• Router, switch, printer, and network troubleshooting.

• Basic server administration and shared-folder permissions.

• Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting.

• Data backup, recovery, antivirus, and IT security.

• IT asset management and documentation.

• Problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to provide technical support to employees and coordinate with vendors.

Educational Qualifications:-

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or system administration.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
