Nature of Job:
Responsible for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for Airtel
broadband / DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area
l• Responsible for timely installation along with quality of installation /workmanship.
l• Responsible for seamless installation experience
l• Responsible for process & SOP adherence
l• Responsible for productivity as per defined criteria
l• Responsible for maintaining desired / defined etiquette during visit at customer premises
l• Responsible for KPI delivery as per target
l• Responsible for identification of improvement areas & define corrective actions
l• Responsible for continuous improvement in customer experience
l• S2S activities (New sales, rental upgrade, technology migration, LOB products ETC)
l• Responsible for timely material consumption
l• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
l• Improvement of Conversion, TAT, Quality of workmanship.
