Job Title: G A T _ GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINEE

Department : Product Development, Quality, Maintenance, Production, PPS

Employment Type : Full – Time

Qualification : B.E / B. Tech – Mech., Automobile, EEE, ECE, etc.

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically sound engineering graduates to join our

company as a GAT _ Graduates Apprentice Trainee. The selected candidates will

undergo a structured training program, to gaining practical exposure in Production, Quality,

NPD, Maintenance departments. After successful completion of apprenticeship, they will

absorbed as an Engineer.

Key Skills Required

Basic knowledge of GD&T (AutoCAD, Solid works, CATIA)

Understanding of Quality Tools (7QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma basics)

Familiar with production process, tolerance analysis and measurement techniques

Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills

Ready to work in rotational shifts.

Shift timing (Rotational)

Shift Timing Food

1 st Shift 7.15am to 3.45pm Food provided

2 nd Shift 3.30pm to 11.30pm Food provided

3 rd Shift 11.30pm to 7.30am Food provided

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS

During the Internship period:

AND BASED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE COMPANY WILL ABSORBED AS AN

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE

Note:

Company has provided additional Facilities to employee on daily basis.

o If, an employee injured on duty time medical facility provided by

company. The company have tie-up with SRM Global Hospital and

Parvathy Ortho Hospital
