Technical Support Engineer – Hardware (Female Candidates)
📍 Location: Mulund East, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT hardware
✅ Install and configure PCs, laptops, and related hardware
✅ Coordinate with field engineers and monitor assigned technical tasks
✅ Maintain records of hardware issues, inventory updates, and escalations
✅ Deliver excellent technical support and customer service to end users
🎯 We're Looking For
✔ 1–2 years of experience in IT Hardware Support
✔ Hands-on experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and configuration
✔ Basic understanding of L2 support processes is an advantage
✔ Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
✔ Female candidates only
