Barcode Printer Technical Support Engineer

Company: Mindware (Indian Barcode Corporation)

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Work from Office)

Mindware (Indian Barcode) is looking for a Barcode Printer Technical Support Engineer to manage our offsite and online support operations from our Dwarka office. In this role, you will be the digital backbone of our technical department, resolving complex hardware and software issues for our 30,000+ clients across India via remote tools.

Job Overview

Role: Technical Support Engineer (Online/Offsite)

Work Model: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: S-4, Plot No-7, Pocket-7, Pankaj Plaza, Near Metro Station, Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities (Offsite & Online Focus)

Remote Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical resolution for barcode and RFID printers using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and video consultation.

Online Software Integration: Remotely install and configure labeling software, Windows drivers, and database connectivity for clients.

Virtual Diagnostics: Guide on-site client staff through hardware part identification and mechanical troubleshooting via digital channels.

Technical Documentation: Create step-by-step remote setup guides and FAQs to assist clients with common printing issues.

System Support: Manage and resolve support tickets submitted through our online portals or email.

Eligibility & Skills

Education: Diploma in Computer Science/IT or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Communication: Must have excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English to explain technical steps clearly over the phone.

Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Windows OS, driver management, and remote desktop tools.

Residency: Must be a resident of Delhi and able to commute to the Dwarka office daily.
