Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure and Technical Support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
Provide hardware and software support to end users.
Install operating systems, applications, and drivers.
Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
User account creation and password reset.
Antivirus installation and system updates.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
Knowledge of printers and peripheral devices.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
Preferred Qualification
Diploma/B.Sc./BCA/BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Hardware & Networking certification (preferred but not mandatory).
