Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals

• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, antivirus, and security tools

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates

• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and service records

• Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: [Graduate]

• Experience: [1 year -2 years]

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and system maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
