Job Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to diagnose laptop hardware issues.

• Replace laptop hardware components such as:

  • LCD/LED Screens

  • Keyboards

  • Batteries

  • Hinges

  • Touchpads

  • Motherboards

  • RAM

  • SSD/HDD

  • Cooling Fans

  • DC Jacks and other laptop spare parts

• Perform hardware troubleshooting and testing after replacement.

• Update job status through mobile app or service portal.

• Ensure timely closure of assigned service calls.

• Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.

Eligibility

• Any.

• Minimum 1 year of field laptop hardware support experience.

• Good knowledge of laptop troubleshooting and parts replacement.

• Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, or other leading laptop brands is preferred.

• Good communication skills.

Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (Preferred).

• Android smartphone.

• Willingness to travel within Mumbai.
