Production Executive – Job Description

Job Title: Production Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 34
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Electronics Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive with experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing, and production operations. The candidate should be capable of handling production activities, quality checks, troubleshooting, and team coordination while ensuring production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.

• Perform functional testing of electronic products and PCBs.

• Handle PCB rework and troubleshooting of defective boards.

• Operate and monitor SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines.

• Ensure quality standards during SMT and assembly processes.

• Analyze production defects and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain production reports and process documentation.

• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety and process guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing/EMS Industry.

• Hands-on experience with SMT lines and PCB assembly.

• Knowledge of SPI, AOI, Functional Testing, and Rework Processes.
