Pace Business Machines Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Help Desk / Service Desk Executive with at least 6 months of experience to provide first-level technical support to internal users. This role is ideal for candidates looking to strengthen their IT support experience in a professional environment.
Provide L1 technical support via calls, emails, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
Assist users with login issues, email configuration, and MS Office support
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Log and track issues in the IT service desk tool
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members
Follow company IT policies and documentation procedures
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Help Desk / Service Desk support
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware
Understanding of basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP)
Good communication and coordination skills
