Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer / Technician
NSV SOLUTION is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer / Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to Lenovo users and resolving hardware and software-related issues for Lenovo laptops and desktops.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment, gain hands-on technical experience, and develop your IT support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support to Lenovo laptop and desktop users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, drivers, and applications.
Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot network, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
Attend and resolve service requests within the defined SLA.
Maintain service records, asset details, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with Lenovo/customer IT teams for unresolved or escalated issues.
Ensure proper communication with users and provide timely updates.
Follow company and customer IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
