Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in hardware and networking troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues, performing system assembly and repairs, and providing reliable technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals

Perform system assembly, upgrades, and hardware replacements

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Configure IP addresses, LAN/WAN settings, and basic network connectivity

Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other office devices

Provide timely technical support and ensure minimal downtime

Requirements:

Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with system repair, laptop repair, and printer repair

Understanding of IP addressing, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and supporting users in a dynamic IT environment.
