Job Description – Support Engineer

Position: Support Engineer
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers welcome)
Location: Bangalore (2 Vacancies) / Hyderabad (2 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, barcode printers, scanners, RFID devices, and related solutions.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of MES, Barcode, RFID, and Industrial Automation solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely closure of support tickets.

• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for issue resolution and project execution.

• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.

• Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and documentation.

• Provide basic user training and ensure customer satisfaction through quality support.

• Travel to customer sites as required for installation, servicing, and technical support.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for onsite support.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Barcode, RFID, Printers, Industrial Automation, or IT Support.

• Internship or project experience in technical support is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline.
