Technical Qualifications MCSE, CCNA Experience Proven work experience of 3-4 years as a Desktop Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Job Profile Excelllent Skills : Troubleshooting and Disganosing the Computer Hardware, Print Managment, Desktop Erros, Networking and LAN wiring etc Monitor system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and resolve critical network and server issues Setup of Computers like OS installation, TCP/IP, DHCP , DNS , Windows Errors, Scriptings Track hardware inventory, manage spare parts, and order replacements as needed Manage users, security groups, and roles in Active Directory Configure Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups, Sharepoints Hybrid Role management ( On-Prem to Cloud ) Slightly knowledge of Office 365 admin center + Intra ID IT Ticket System Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with IT department guidelines A high degree of communication skills as well as logical thinking and working to achieve the greatest possible user satisfaction is expected.
