Desktop Support Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Office 365 Administrator)

📍 Location: Greater Noida

💰 Salary: ₹4.60 LPA

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration to join our growing IT team.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Relevant coursework in networking, software engineering, or programming is a plus

• MS-102 certification preferred

🔹 Experience Required

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Entra ID and Intune

• Handle user accounts, security groups, roles, and GPOs in domain environments

• Configure and manage Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists

• Administer SharePoint and Microsoft 365 licenses/subscriptions

• Support hybrid environments (On-Premises to Cloud)

• Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, rules, and message tracing

• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell

• Provide desktop support, printer management, and asset management

• Work with IT ticketing systems and ensure SLA adherence

• Basic support for networking devices (Cisco Meraki, WLAN, etc.)

🔹 Key Skills

• Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Office 365 Administration

• Active Directory, Domain Management, GPOs

• PowerShell scripting and automation

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
