Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 2–4 Years

CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Industry: IT Company

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Preferred Certifications: MCSE, CCNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, printer, and network issues.

• Install and configure Windows OS, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and LAN.

• Manage Active Directory users, security groups, and permissions.

• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Entra ID.

• Assist with Hybrid (On-Premises to Cloud) environment management.

• Monitor system performance and resolve IT issues.

• Maintain hardware inventory and IT assets.

• Handle IT support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking, LAN wiring, and printer management.

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and IT ticketing tools.

• Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
