We are seeking enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and common applications (MS Office, email clients, browsers).

• Assist in network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).

• Handle user account management (password resets, access permissions).

• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

• Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months – 1 year of desktop support/helpdesk experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Understanding of hardware troubleshooting.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
